Project LAUNCH - New York
Partners of the New York State Project LAUNCH initiative include the members of the Early Childhood Advisory Council. The New York State Department of Health and Office of Mental Health provide key leadership. The Council on Children and Families oversees the operations and principle staff. Project LAUNCH is closely aligned with the work of the New York State Parenting Education Parntership (nyspep.org) and the New York State Home Visiting Coalition.
In Westchester County, principle partners are Open Door Family Medical Centers; Family Ties of Westchester County; Andrus Children’s Services; Westchester Children's Association; Westchester County Office of Community Mental Health; and Westchester Institute of Human Development.
In New York City, the principle partners include: New York City's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; New York Center for Child Development; Mental Health Association of New York City; and the National Center for Children in Poverty.
