How were the information resource needs of families, caregivers and youth identified?
The Navigating Multiple Systems Advisory Council members, in cooperation with the Council’s NMS Project Team, developed an outreach plan consisting of a combination of surveys, personal interviews, research activities and speaking opportunities to inform product development discussions.
What is the timeline for NMS product development?
This project began during Spring 2013 with the first phase of activity devoted to identifying and better understanding the information resource needs of youth and families requiring/requesting supports and services from multiple care systems.
Phase two activities include evaluation of phase one outreach efforts and lead directly to the design of project solutions. The MSNavigator website officially launched August 1, 2016.
