Welcome to CCF’s Parent Portal. To support healthy kids and happy families, we have compiled statewide and national resources for new parents (birth, adoption, foster). The Portal provides guidance for families with children with multiple needs, tools to help find child care, and information on how to support young children through the early years.

Help Hub for Families
A connection to resources for children with multiple needs, Help Hub can help find health, education, human services and disability information for children newborn through age 22.
InterAgency Resolution Unit
The IRU collaborates with partners to streamline processes and respond to challenges coordinating services for children across many agencies.
Baby Bundles
In 2020, CCF partnered with state and community organizations to distribute 9,000 new baby bundles to families across New York State. These resources available in print or electronically include topics such as safe sleep and hearing, as well as, statewide resources and children’s books.
